According to many esoteric teachings and the wheel of Samsara, before becoming a human, the soul initially passes through the kingdom of minerals and stones, then reincarnates as a representative of the plant kingdom, followed by the animal kingdom. And only after accumulating enough experience and energy does it transition into the human kingdom in one of its subsequent incarnations.
To escape Samsara and pass through the matrix, the human soul must attain double the speed of light. The soul enters the astral plane, reincarnates again within its lineage, until it acquires the necessary energy at double speed. This can be achieved by fulfilling one's purpose, but its realization is impossible without passing the lesson of unconditional love.
As early as the 19th century, when the nature of electricity, light, and magnetism was discovered, numerologists began assigning numerical values to energy vibrations. The entire World, the whole Universe is composed of energies. To influence events in the World, we must emit the same vibration—function on the same frequency that emanates from this World.

Wheel of Samsara
Renowned consciousness researcher David Hawkins measured human emotions using a special device for measuring Earth's vibrations. He developed a map of consciousness, according to which human consciousness is divided into specific levels. Each level corresponds to a particular emotion, perception of life, and a certain amount of energy.

This diagram illustrates the interdependence between the level of consciousness and the amount of strength, life energy a person possesses. The higher we ascend on the scale, the higher our energy level. At high frequencies, the Universe "speaks to us in the same language", it hears us and gives us what we desire. The highest level of consciousness on the scale is unconditional love, with a frequency of 1000 Hz.

As seen in the figure, the scale is divided into lower and higher vibrations.
What is unconditional love?
It is the unconditional acceptance and giving of oneself to oneself, and then to others. It is impossible to love someone in this world without conditions until one learns to love oneself unconditionally. This is difficult, which is why the soul cannot pass this lesson for millennia.
However, once the emotion of unconditional love for oneself is experienced, it can never be lost or forgotten.
Hawkins assigned the following to the lower energy levels:
- Shame — self-directed hatred.
- Guilt — Not far from shame. A person cannot forgive themselves, thereby directing destructive energy against themselves.
- Apathy — complete conviction of one's helplessness. A sense of utter hopelessness.
- Grief — the level of loss, sadness, depression.
- Fear — lack of basic trust in the world. The world seems hostile towards a person.
- Lust — the level of passion and addictions. A consumerist perception of life.
- Anger — the level of unfulfilled expectations.
- Pride — self-affirmation at the expense of the obviously weaker.
The goal of a person with dominant lower-order emotions is survival.
Higher Energy Vibrational Levels According to Hawkins:
- Courage — at this level, a person notices life's challenges and is ready to face them. They perceive them as lessons leading to their development.
Neutrality — allowing oneself to be oneself and others to be others. There's no need to justify others' expectations or expect anything from them. - Willingness — at this level, a person trusts life. Fulfilling basic needs no longer satisfies them, and they are ready to develop and grow.
- Acceptance — a person at this level takes responsibility and begins to actively move forward. This is the level of setting and achieving goals.
- Reason — at this level, a person overcomes the emotional aspect of lower levels and uses their mind to its full capacity.
- Love — here, Hawkins describes more of an unconditional love for the universe. It's the understanding of one's connection with everything around and existing.
- Joy — here, it's a feeling of all-encompassing and unshakable happiness. An internal state that does not depend on external events and situations.
- Harmony — complete harmony with the universe. Hawkins claimed that only 1 in 1,000,000 people reaches this level.
- Enlightenment — the highest level where human consciousness merges with the Divine nature.
The higher we rise, the more our desire for harmony and positivism manifests, and gradually, the well-being of others becomes significant.
